A new marina at the heart of Turkish Riviera - Opening in 2011
The small picturesque town of Kas with its small harbour surrounded by green hills and the steep rocky walls of the Taurus mountains is located on the historically important Lycian coast that stretches from Fethiye to Antalya in what is one of the most beautiful parts of the Turkish Mediterranean. The Lycians were among the most ancient of indigenous Anatolian people and many signs remain in and around Kas that tell us about their magnificent past. Kas is quite popular among international scuba divers and it is located very conveniently for those who enjoy sailing among Turkish coves and Greek islands.
A marina with 438 slips Kas is easily accessible from both Antalya and Dalaman airports. The marina will have more than 400 slips for berthing every size of vessels including mega-yachts. Water, pump-out, power, and internet access will be available at each berth. There will also be a large dry-docking facility and bunkering services. Construction of the marina is currently in progress. The quay walls have been built and land reclamation work has been completed. Piers and buildings are under way.
